This is a pre-launch draft. The full privacy policy (GDPR Art. 13/14 — controller, purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention, rights) will be prepared with data protection counsel before the site goes live.

Current state of this draft site

  • No analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies are used.
  • The language preference (EN/DE) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never transmitted.
  • All fonts and scripts are served locally from this website. No requests are made to third-party CDNs.
  • Form submissions (contact, Founding Circle, applications) are transmitted to the form service Web3Forms for delivery to us by email. Only the data you enter and confirm via the consent checkbox is transmitted — no tracking, no profiles.

Principles for the live platform

Data minimization by design: the public register will show only organizational data practices have agreed to publish — never patient data, never financial details. Case discussions within partnerships are conducted with anonymized cases only.
