Certification & register

Recognition earned by commitment — not by cheque size.

DentShare certification reflects the depth and duration of a partnership. Every certificate is publicly verifiable.

What the certificate stands for

One message: this partnership is real.

A DentShare certificate tells patients and peers one thing: this practice is part of a real, active, long-term partnership. Levels advance through years of documented engagement — mentoring, exchange, visits, and reliable collaboration — never through the amount of money contributed.

Time counts. Money doesn't rank.

The financial category in our points system is capped and measures only regularity — never amount.

Levels can be lost.

Certificates carry a status — active, paused, expired, or revoked — visible in the register.

Both roles are certified.

Supporting Practices and Partner Practices earn recognition under the same framework.

Verify a certificate in three steps

1

The code resolves to the partnership's entry in our public Partner Register.

3

See holder, level, status

Anyone can verify a certificate in seconds. No login required.

The public Partner Register launches together with our pilot partnerships. It will show organizational data, partnership status, and certification levels — never patient data or financial details.

FAQ

Common questions

Can a level be bought?
No. Levels are time- and activity-based. The financial category in the points system is capped and measures only regularity — never the amount contributed.
Can certification be revoked?
Yes. Certificates reflect active, documented partnerships. If a partnership ends or standards are violated, the status changes in the register — visibly. Only the honorary Founding Partner predicate is non-revocable.
How do patients verify a certificate?
Scan the QR code on the certificate or enter its register ID in the public Partner Register. No account needed.
